Os Caminhos de Fátima are the routes taken by pilgrims to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fátima, located in Cova da Iria, in Fátima. These routes avoid main roads, preferring rural roads with less traffic. Four of the paths commonly taken by pilgrims – Caminho do Tejo, Caminho do Norte, Caminho da Nazaré and the Carmelite route – are signposted on the ground and link Fátima to different parts of the country.
